Hotel and Restaurant School

We are proud of our kitchen at Hotell Dalia.
In addition to creating culinary delicacies, we train and educate future chefs. This is more than a restaurant kitchen. It is part of a modern upper secondary school.

Bengtsfors upper secondary school has a special training program for those interested in working in the hotel, restaurant and tourism branches. You can study to be a chef, cold buffet manager, waiter, receptionist, conference host or housekeeper.

A real hotel and a real restaurant
The upper secondary school runs a hotel and restaurant where the training and education take place under real conditions. You can take all the courses in the hotel-restaurant program here. The courses combine theory and practice during the entire upper secondary education.
